Right now I feel as giddy as I did 15 years ago, the day I got my braces off. This time around, I never felt for a minute like I had braces and that’s the beauty of Invisalign – it was a completely different experience. My teeth look amazing and I feel very confident and happy with my results. Dr. Celenza took great care of me and I couldn't be happier with my treatment and the Invisalign process overall. I highly recommend it if you have any concerns about your teeth. Don't second guess it; it was all worth it!
I'm not going to lie; sometimes I get sad thinking about not wearing my Invisalign. I know you must think I’m crazy, but they have been a fun part of my wedding planning process. Each week I felt like I accomplished something as I could see and feel my teeth moving when I switched out my aligners and inched closer to my wedding.
While I no longer need to wear the Invisalign aligners, for the next month, Dr Celenza recommended that I wear a clear top retainer full time, and I'm ok with it. In regards to my bottom teeth, which were my main area of concern, Dr. Celenza put in a permanent bar to avoid any shifting in the future. It's not terrible, but it took a few days to get used to and I can't really see it.
With my new smile I am ready for the final countdown to my wedding. The bachelorette party, bridal shower and big day are just around the corner. That reminds me—I need to start working on my invitations, wish me luck!
