Cocktail Hour: The Blushing Ingenue

Valentine's Day is right around the corner, so why not celebrate with a festive pink cocktail in hand? This Blushing Ingenue [1] is a riff on the classic vodka fizz, combining strawberries, vodka, ginger, bitters, and egg whites (which create the concoction’s frothy top). It'd made a delightful signature drink [2] option for your reception, but you could also serve it at your bridal shower [3]or rehearsal dinner [4]. Cheers!
The Blushing Ingenue [1] (Serves 1)
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce blended fresh strawberries
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce agave nectar
1 egg white
2 dashes bitters
Directions: Place ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain shaker contents into a stemmed glass and top with bitters.
