As we move quickly into the fall season, I'm so excited about all of the rich color, textural elements, and the cozy lushness autumn encourages. When we meet clients planning a fall wedding, they often feel pressured to embrace some of the more obvious autumnal details such as a palette filled with amber, orange and brown, or they feel the need to go slightly rustic with their decor. Today, I want to share a gorgeous fall wedding that blended seasonal inspiration with some not-so-obvious ideas. The palette was a rich blend of deep ruby red anchored by golden wheat tones in the linens and accessories. The overall look was chic, elegant and lush without the obvious autumn signifiers such as maple leaves and acorns. Remember, you can achieve a great look inspired by the season by focusing on an edited palette and wonderful, simple details such as great table linens.

It would be wonderful to have the brides jewellery coordinated in the same colors

Fall weddings are fantastic, and this is a great way to put a different spin on the tradition.
