Popsicles are an ideal summer wedding treat—refreshing, bright, and nostalgic. From striped and mini to spiked, the variations are endless. I recently came across these on Dutch blog Haak & Smaak. How pretty! You could test this idea with any edible flowers (lavender or mint blossoms could be delicious!), and ask your caterer to make them en masse for your guests.
Pretty edible flowers can be purchased from specialty food stores or online.
