As we are preparing the final details for upcoming summer weddings my mind is racing with ideas for chilly, refreshing treats! Instead of serving a cold glass of lemonade or a minty mojito to your guests as they arrive for your summer cocktail reception, why not think beyond the beverage and offer those same delicious flavor combos in the form of a popsicle? My friends at GoGo Pops in Cold Spring, NY provided these mini versions of old-school popsicles for my book and I just had to share. They created flavors inspired by favorite summer drinks to make these chic and whimsical refreshments. Want to use them for your party?
