Orchids are sometimes overlooked as they tend to be expensive and they are often interpreted into strictly tropical designs. I'm here to tell you: Please don't shy away from these beautiful blooms! The amazing thing about these flowers is that they give you so much impact with just a few stems. They can transform an arrangement of typical garden flowers into something truly unique, slightly exotic, and very dramatic.

For brides on a budget, like me, I bought dried orchids to incorporate in my centerpieces at http://www.save-on-crafts.com. They have a ton of different colors and come 30 blooms to a box, for $12.00! I was worried about them making it to my home in one piece, but they are packed perfectly, not one was broken. I am placing them on natural willow branches.
