It's not often that we talk about bathrooms here on The Bride's Guide. But David Pressman has a good reason to do so. Read on to find out why...
Finding the perfect venue for a destination wedding can be a daunting experience. Add to that the pressure of bringing families together from the United Kingdom and United States and it can overwhelm even the most seasoned planner.
Babington House, opened in 1998 for those who wanted to enjoy the countryside but weren't prepared to compromise on urban luxuries, is just a three hour drive from London and fit the bill perfectly for Heather and Neal.
The club houses a restaurant, bar, library, and study and other facilities include the world-famous Cowshed spa, indoor and outdoor heated pools, and a cinema. The grounds have five tennis courts, cricket pitch, croquet lawn, walled garden, private church, and a lake. All in all, the perfect spot for a raucous fun-filled wedding uniting two families from either side of the pond.
But the one amenity that everyone raved about was the bathrooms. Just take a look at the shelf below of amazing products stocked in each one. And on top of this, there was a basket of little travel sized products for each gust to pack away as one other memory of an incredible wedding weekend.
In fact, Heather and Neal will be spending their first anniversary back at Babington House enjoying memories of an incredible wedding and those last few bottles of Bollinger champagne put away for them after the wedding just for this visit.
