Cloudlike and sweet, marshmallows are, in my humble opinion, a pretty ideal sugar fix. (I'm not alone.) And I'm becoming kinda addicted to Indiana puff company 240Sweet's unique flavors—roasted pineapple, honey lavender, elephant ear.
Even if you're not adventurous enough to take a gamble on their chicken or red bean and sesame mallows, you'll dig this idea: 240Sweet chef Alexa Lemley caters events with s'mores dessert bars. What I find genius are the ground toppings (graham crackers, white and milk chocolate, toasted coconut, crushed pistachios, brown sugar, macadamia nuts, etc.) that she sets out for marshmallows to be rolled in, then roasted over a butane burner.

The ladies at 240sweets are the warmest, nicest, and by far some of the classiest business owners I have ever met. With their bubbly personalities, innovative ideas from the kitchen, and caring personas, I have yet to go wrong with anything that has come out of their kitchens. Every Marshmallow I've tried has been on point and worth the drive to get some of their additive treats. They also made a flavor in honor of me this winter! I love white Chocolate so one morning I showed up to the market and they had a Triple Berry Marshmallow topped (capped) with tons of white chocolate and sold them to all their customers. I was very honored and thats just one of the many little things that add up to an amazing company. Anyone who is considering them at a wedding, social event, or just for personal consumption you will NOT be disappointed.
