Ever since my purse got ripped off (years ago, now!), I've kept my handbag tiny, slipping in only the most valuable and necessary things, in order to keep it as close to my body as possible
This was never more important to me than on my honeymoon. Yes, I wanted to thwart off pickpockets, and minimize my chances of forgetting it somewhere, but having a small purse or even a hands-free option enabled me to hold my husband's hand, too, even when toting luggage.
Here's my new favorite solution: The Hipzbag by Hipshift. It clips to your belt loops. (No belt loops on your favorite pants? It comes with a waist strap.)
It may seem tiny, but it can hold your cell phone, credit cards, cash, a digital camera, keys, and a lipstick.
If you're honeymooning overseas (or if you want to carry more stuff), there's a passport-sized one! Wouldn't that be great for getting through airport security?

I have 2 hipzbags and love them. No purse hanging on your shoulder or to set down in a corner, always have your valuable with you...looks smart too.
