We are experiencing an intense January in New York, and it can be a little challenging to stay inspired when you're surrounded by mountains of snow. Rather than complain about the frigid temperatures, I've decided to focus on the beauty of it all.
The pristine white snow can bring a glow to everything, but it also makes me crave all things lush and luxurious. When I'm putting together design ideas for winter events, I always focus on abundant details.
Here are a few winter-inspired bridal bouquets I created for stories in Martha Stewart Weddings. The mix of white tones and textures convey opulent romance inspired by the loveliness of winter.
A winter wedding is the perfect occasion for incorporating rich, decadent fabrics like this woven ribbon.
The metallic accents in this bouquet bring a sparkling, icy magic to snowy blooms.
I love black and white for a wintery wedding palette. This bouquet is filled with beautiful ivory ranunculus and olive foliage.
Are you planning a winter wedding? Please share your ideas inspired by the snow-covered landscape!

The black and white ribbon with the olive leaves bursting out are such a nice combination! Love it!
