Claire Pettibone's show was inspired by fairies. Her program says, "I can't remember a time before fairies. . . . it was a joy to revisit the effervescent creatures that inspired this collection." When we entered the show, fairies dressed in Claire Pettibone mini dresses (she is known for her very romantic and lacy lingerie and nightgowns) served us drinks.
Notice the feathery lashes.
