A red-hot signature drink recipe to try

For Meaghan Looram and Conrad Mulcahy's gorgeous Sausalito wedding (Check out all the details in our new winter issue!), the couple served a celebratory tipple that was a nod to the bride's red hair: The Copper Top. Wanna try it at your party? Here's the rosy recipe, courtesy of their venue, Cavallo Point:

The Copper Top

1 1/2 oz blended Scotch
1/2 oz  sweet vermouth
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz apricot liqueur
Splash of simple syrup
3 dashes of barrel aged bitters
Splash of sparkling rose
Lemon peel

How to make it:

Combine all but the sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a coupe champagne glass. Top with sparkling rose and lemon peel.
