One of my favorite stationers, Thornwillow Press, transformed the already cozy library at the St. Regis Hotel into a "Valentine's Day Salon" this past Saturday. Celebrating love and the written word, there were letterpress broadsides, engraved cards, private journals, poetry and limited edition hand-bound books on offer. And as if those weren't special enough, the lovely Bryn of Paperfinger was on hand to customize any piece with her beautiful calligraphy. Drinking Champagne, eating chocolates, having Paperfinger pen my valentines by the fire, surrounded by the finest stationery and company in town—Valentine's Day came early. I was in love!
