Whether it's the season for giving or the summer months, I am hard-pressed to find a time of year when I am not swooning over a slew of fantastic pieces for my closet or home. Luckily, when the temperature drops, I am able to flat out ask for all the things I've been eyeing and gift all the pieces I've treated myself to and now can't live without. Whether its something sensible or a castle in the air, here are the pieces I hope to wrap and unwrap this holiday season.
1 I adore this pencil skirt and have been keeping it in the back of my mind for my holiday parties. I'd top it with a chambray shirt as well, but swap out these basic black pumps for killer red ones to add extra holiday cheer! (Tuxedo Pencil Skirt, $158, jcrew.com)
2 Thank you Grace Coddington for releasing your memoir just in time for the holidays! I'm escaping to warm weather for the holiday break and plan to be reading this poolside after stuffing a copy into the stockings of my fashion loving friends (GRACE: A Memoir, $23, bn.com)
3 I am incredibly picky when it comes to scents and this candle from Manolo Blahnik is one of my absolute favorites. The scent is delicate and nowhere near overwhelming—I keep it lit on my desk for a constant calm ambiance. ($45, bergdorfgoodman.com)
4 When Neiman Marcus and Target asked designers to create exclusive designs for their holiday gifts collaboration, I had no idea Joseph Altuzarra would create the perfect vessel for at-home entertaining. For extra oomph, splurge on his cocktail shaker and tumblers to set atop this beaut. ($80, target.com)

I am so with you on that Celine tote. Absolutely gorgeous, and i love the color you picked!
