Whenever I interview makeup artists, they preach about the importance of well-groomed brows. Why? They frame your eyes, give your face structure, and make dramatic eye makeup (another type of "frame") unnecessary. And they also always say, "Go to a professional!" I guess they've seen too many DIY jobs gone wrong. After, she filled in sparse spots with a sturdy taupe pencil.
