Create Your Own Wedding Font

Posted by

There's something special about a handwritten note, but there's something obviously unrealistic about addressing dozens of wedding invitations by hand. Techy brides, make sure you're sitting down for this one: You can now create a customized font modeled after the twists and curves of your personal script with the help of iFontMaker, the first font editor for iPad.

How cool is this? Simply jot each letter of the alphabet with a stylus, hit save, and get an entire personalized font to use on everything from printed clip art to invitations. Ob-sessed.

Get inspired by fonts others have created, then get to work! Find details at the Apple store here.

And even if you don't have an iPad, you can get in on the action: Try one of these four free fonts we found that you can use for free. Check 'em out:

  • Please let me know if you're looking for a author for your weblog. You have some really great articles and I think I would be a good asset. If you ever want to take some of the load off, I'd really like to write some content for your blog in exchange for a link back to mine. Please blast me an email if interested. Many thanks!
