I can never get over how amazing Peter Callahan's catering is. He continually proves that presentation does not have to compromise taste. His one-bite swirl of perfectly cooked pasta atop a delicious turkey meatball was one of the best and prettiest bites of "spaghetti" I've ever had!
This year, guests were wowed by a walking raw bar—a concept that is so great because it helps to serve guests who may not be near a food station or a quickly-ambushed waiter with a tray. The white crudité tables were delicious and oh-so-beautiful, and each exquisite bite of food fit perfectly with the theme. Satiating both the sweet and savory lovers of the crowd were genius ideas like tiny pizza boxes holding one-bite white pizzas and miniature slices of white layer cake. I didn't get the chance to taste one, but the tiny baked Alaskas, individually torched to perfection, were a wonder.

I am a huge fan of Callahan's small bites. They are the perfect way for guests to try a little and not get overly full, while making a big visual impact.
