Last Night's 11th Annual Bridal Market Party

Posted by

Last night, we celebrated bridal fashion week with our 11th annual party. We love to get all of our industry friends together and have a great time. Thanks to all the wonderful vendors who helped make the white-themed event such a success. We could never give you all the nitty-gritty in this one post—from Peter Callhan's white crudité bar to Erin Furey's tulle-draped ceiling beautifully lit by Levy Lighting—so please check back over the next week or so as we reveal all the details.

We are so excited to share the wedding video of Alex Pelling and Lisa Gant, the couple behind the blog 2 People 1 Life. The Martha Stewart Weddings team worked with the lovely couple to put together their dream NYC wedding, and they were (unofficially) married last night by Martha and me. Their Zankyou wedding registry, accessible on thirtyweddings.com, benefits UNICEF.

Watch the gorgeous video shot by Joe Switzer of Switzerfilm below (we suggest viewing it in full-screen mode) and check out the livestream of the event here. And be sure to check the blog for the full details on their big day.

  • What an amazing event and such a stunning video!

  • She's so cute and young but her awesome pixie cut was styled like she's 60 yrs old! Fortunately she looked amazing anyway, but what a waste of cuteness.

  • Alex and Lisa are the sweetest couple we've worked with. Just wait till you see their Vampire Wedding on Halloween in Beverly hills! So much vino and such wicked fun. -Best
