The Pomegranate and Lime Spritzer
1/2 cup seltzer
1 cup white white (an un-oaked chardonnay or a pinot grigio work best)
1 tsp. pomegranate seeds
1 lime wedge
Directions: Add ice to a tall glass. Add wine and top with seltzer. Add the pomegranate seeds and garnish with the lime wedge.
