Shelli and Chris tied the knot in Italy, proving you can have a destination wedding with lots of DIY details. Their fete also proves that rain doesn't have to be an obstacle if you have a plan, a vision, and a gaggle of friends and family to help you pull it off.
W. Scott Chester documented their week-long celebration in Positano, complete with a palette inspired by an old atlas, some personal props that traveled well (read: lightweight and unbreakable), and lots of local touches.
Check out their full gallery and I bet you'll be pinning some of their ideas and dreaming your own trip to the Amalfi Coast!

What a gorgeous place for wedding photos!
Really loved the line drawings on the invitations and wedding favor tags - made it feel very rustic.
Also, making a scalloped garland and incorporating maps of italy was a very cute idea.
