If waves are your thing, consider doing them up 1940s-style. Gregory Patterson, an expert from Blow, The New York Blow Dry Bar (he's the stud below), created this wavy 'do on me in four easy steps. With a little practice, you can DIY the look for your rehearsal or big day!
1. Make a deep side part on clean, dry hair, and mist with shine spray.
2. Curl 3-inch sections of hair toward your face with a 2-inch barrel curling iron. Twirl each curl around your finger, and pin it against your head.
3. Once curls have cooled (about 10 minutes), release the pins and smooth out the ringlets with a boar bristle brush.
4. Finish with flexible hold hair spray.
