Today's wedding is especially fun because there was an extra reason to celebrate: The couple, Justina and Jason, are pregnant with their first child (she's due next month!), and during the ceremony they were declared "a family" instead of just "husband and wife". They didn't travel far from home, just down the road from their Los Angeles house, for their somewhat-casual, fairly-vintage, and completely-them event. "The fact that we did most of the planning ourselves made it very special," Justina says. "We stayed up one night picking rain-themed dance songs to give the DJ because we were freaking out about the possibility of rain, and it was a fun way to approach the problem." Thankfully their big day was full of California sunshine, and all of their hard work came to life in a beautiful celebration of their love.
With a palette of marigold and gray, lots of great ideas, and a venue that fit the bill perfectly, Justina put her talents as a stylist and a designer to good use. She created the stationery suite, dyed fabrics, and came up with an interactive way to remember the day.

i have had the pleasure of ordering a cake from sweet catastrophe cakes and not only are they beautiful and made with such care that all the small details are thought of - the best part is they are vegan and a portion of the proceeds for each cakes goes to food4africa, specifically to help feed the children The Ebongalethu Educare Center.
