When I first stumbled upon amateur cake creator and blogger Miso Bakes, I was instantly smitten. Her inspired designs caught my eye and I had to include her in this special series of lemon and mint ideas. Thankfully, Miso loved the color combination and got to work dreaming up a "modern retro" cake that's just perfect. Check out the sugar paste work below. Don't you just love that 3-D piece that juts from the top tier?
