Tulle, tulle, and well, more tulle is what made our spring 2012 fashion story come alive. The beautiful dresses and the FABULOUS Anna Palma were the icing on the cake. Anna created dreamy images that made the models look as if they were floating on clouds. I was amazed by Anna’s bag of tricks that produced a pink glow in the edges of the images. She and her team were such a joy to work with; not only are they extremely talented but they knew how to keep everyone in high spirits, despite the inevitable chaos of shoot days.
As for us however, creating the set was not as dreamy. Crumpling tulle, balancing on ladders, and steaming dresses were just a few of the tasks involved. But it’s all in good fun: Our weddings team has great chemistry and it is so rewarding to watch our hard work turn into a truly magical story.

9 We really had to crumple up the tulle. Then we tightly stored it in plastic containers overnight to ensure that the texture was just right in the photos.

I am a photographer and bridal photography is my favorite. I really loved your "how to" pics that you didn't have to share but did! I will be trying some of your tricks very soon. I can't wait. I especially love the tip on overnight storage of the tulle in order to get the texture right in the photos! Thanks again.
