Can you imagine having the chef who cooks for Martha cook for you? At your wedding? Yes, it is possible. I have had many delicious (and beautiful) meals at Martha's prepared by Pierre Schaedelin. And the exciting news is that Pierre has started his own catering company, PS Tailored Events. Pierre has worked in top restaurants like Le Cirque and has been kind enough to give us some great expert advice about catering in the past.
