At the Lazaro, Tara Keely, and Noir by Lazaro show, drama was at an all-time high! Blush-hued gowns, lots of bling, and over-the-top full skirts transformed the runway, which was bordered with rose petals (the work of some very talented flower girl, I'd say!).
