Over the course of planning a wedding, brides tend to become very fond of their vendors. As they should. Vendors become the trustworthy stewards who seamlessly execute their very important day.
In the 16 years we've been publishing Martha Stewart Weddings, I, too, have grown fond of the vendors and experts we've featured in our pages.
And over the years, I have turned to caterer Peter Callahan time and time again for special celebrations -- he created the spread for our "Martha Throws a Wedding" episode on the Today Show, helped us put together a bridal shower for Dylan Lauren, and perfected the nuptials of Martha's nephew at her Beford farm. I can be certain of three things when I hire Peter: The food will be delicious and made with only the freshest ingredients, the presentation will be clean and original, and the service will be impeccable (he also has a very cute waitstaff!).
So I was thrilled when Peter thought of me to host a party to celebrate his new book, Bite by Bite. You should totally pick up a copy! Check out some of the snapshots from the event, and have fun looking through some other culinary creations he's put together for the magazine over the years.
2 I wanted to do something personal with the artwork for Peter's favor. A simple drawing or picture printed from your home computer and wrapped around a box is just the ticket. Check out this one from Nashville Wraps.

If the couple is having a church service animals, liquor and dancing are not allowed. Save this for the reception. Always check with your clergy to guide your behavior in a house of worship.

Where can I get the recipe for the mini tacos? Also, where can I get small bottles of Patron?

The mini fish tacos are straight out of Peter's book, so you'll need to pick up a copy for the recipe. But you can get mini bottles of Patron in several spots like BevMo! and Wally's. Just make sure they can ship to wherever you are.
