The playground staple is all grown up! Not only are the new braids extremely chic, they're actually a great option for your wedding. From side braids, braided updos, or half-back braided styles, these intricate pleats maintain their shape for hours (and hours) on end, keep frizzy strands tucked back, and look barely touched when worn for the bridal brunch the next morning. Plus, many celebs and fashion designers have adopted this look for the red carpet and runways alike, so you'll look right on trend!
Even better news: Braid bars are opening up across the U.S. such as John Barrett in New York City and Nine Zero One in L.A. Check it out, and report back. Think you'll opt for one?
Here, a couple of my favorites ways to wear braids.
