Love It! Specialty Marshmallows

Who doesn't drool over an ooey, gooey marshmallow, especially when it comes in finger-licking flavors such as vanilla, strawberry, raspberry (note: this one won Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2010 in New York City), toasted coconut, coffee, and mint? Vancouver-based baker Rosie Daykin of Butter Baked Goods, is the mastermind behind these delicious confections, and enjoys celebrating each season with specialty offerings like pumpkin, cinnamon, and peppermint, too. Best of all, the flavoring and coloring is all natural, and the marshmallows have a 90-day shelf life.

These puffy fluffs would be a great addition to a wedding's dessert buffet, fire-pit s'mores fest, or even bundled up in bags, as a favor. What do you think?
