I recently designed a beautiful wedding for two people who love and study animals. The bride and groom are both accomplished scientists and researchers, and they wanted to host their wedding at the zoo. One of their requests? Fresh centerpieces that would look beautiful on the dinner tables but could be later fed to the zoo animals. What a great idea!
Here are images of the abundant arrangements. The centerpieces featured two varieties of lettuce, watercress, cauliflower, dill, parsley, rosemary, mushrooms, kale, mustard greens, collard greens, asparagus, fresh lavender, and radishes. We "dressed them up" in silver bowls. They were such a pleasure to create.
