Got the white-dish blues? Feast your eyes on this collaboration between Swedish porcelain brand Rorstrand and designer and illustrator Lovisa Burfitt.
Burfitt's splotchy ink drawings, based on an eccentric character she created named Mademoiselle Oiseau, are a chic update to a brand that has been supplying the Swedish Royal Court since 1726 (see that collection here). Sadly, unless you know the language and can navigate this website, buying the five-piece set is off the table.
But we can take inspiration in the feminine, rococo style of the pattern by dreaming up a pink and black shower where lesser plates are heaped with pastel La Duree macarons and guests raise coupes of rose champagne cocktails. How would you interpret this Marie Antoinette-inspired theme?
