Along with a great moisturizer (FYI, lotion makes skin look a hundred times better!), I've found that a creamy highlighter can do wonders to cure dullness.
I love wearing it alone to make my skin look just-washed and super clean. Or, after applying makeup, I dab it onto my cheeks and the bridge of my nose. Sweep on a bit for your bachelorette party or rehearsal dinner -- your skin will look glowing in photos.
I love, love, love the new Josie Maran Argan Illuminizer. Its sheer golden tint makes my skin look so healthy.
