Event Design: A Wonderfully White Wedding
Posted by Matthew Robbins
I love the color palette story, "White Plus," in the Winter issue of Martha Stewart Weddings. White tones are always an easy and classic option for a wedding. To add an unexpected twist, try pairing elegant white blooms with a touch of color. Here are a few arrangements I created using this technique.
White dahlias with lush passion vine are framed by bold, vibrant red accents. Photo by Mel Barlow.
Classic snowy blooms mix beautifully with soft green vines and foliage. The delicate tendrils of the sweet peas bring poetry and a little whimsy to this bouquet. Photo by Christian Oth.
To add drama and depth to this crisp, white arrangement, I included plum lady-slipper orchids and dogwood blossoms. Photo by Jack Myers.
Are you looking to infuse a classic palette with something fresh and unique?
