Throughout your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception, your mouth is a major attention-getter. From your vows to your first kiss as a married couple, from speeches to exchanging that tasty bite of wedding cake, keeping your lips smooth and supple (which helps prevent your lipstick from caking, feathering, or flaking) is a must.
Here, a super soothing regime!
Using your finger to scoop out the Fresh Sugar Lip Polish paste, gently exfoliate lips and then rinse off. Its sugary mix buffs away parched spots and, thanks to hydrating shea butter and meadowfoam seed oils, it leaves lips smooth.
Next, apply a thick layer of Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant. "When making up brides, the first thing I do is sweep lips with a heavy dose of this balm," says Denise Markey, a New York City makeup artist. "Leave it on 30 minutes, when you're making up the rest of your face, and then blot it off. It deeply penetrates the skin, helping your follow-up lip color stay put."

Magda First of all, take a deep breath. A relaly deep breath into your belly. One of the first things we do when we're caught in anxiety is stop breathing deeply. Breathe like I taught you in the Video in Lesson 5. Have you watched that yet? If not, watch it now. Practice breathing deeply as many times a day as you can. You will get through this and you will be a calmer and more compassionate person because of it. Secondly, tell me specifically what you're doing each day to battle the fear. Of the tools I've offered you, which are implementing and how often are you using them?Sheryl
