A few weeks ago, I started using Peter Thomas Roth's Lashes To Die For Platinum. If you're unfamiliar with the product, it's basically the over-the-counter equivalent of Latisse. I'm just three weeks in, but I can honestly say it's working! It's too soon for a full report (I'm going to give it about 8 weeks) but already my lashes are longer, shinier, fuller, and even a little swoopier -- all without mascara. A friend of mine has been using the stuff for a few months, and I swear her lashes look like they're made of mink. If you decide to try it or are currently using it, let me know what you think!
Prefer a more temporary lash alternative? You know what I always say: Falsies, falsies, falsies. These Shu Uemura lash strips are my favorite, applied with this budge-proof glue from Ardell.
And if faux fringes are still too dramatic for you, swipe on a few coats of Lancome Hypnose Waterproof. After sampling about a bagillion tubes, I can honestly say it's my all-time favorite mascara (if you're curious, CoverGirl Lash Blash in waterproof is my favorite drugstore brand). Happy lashing!

thank you for the post! Been using Latisse for quite some time now and so far I'm happy with the results. But this post makes a lot of sense too because its quite cheaper. Will think bout it for some time.
