Expert Advice: Write in your questions for Lisa Vorce of Oh, How Charming!

Posted by

I'm excited to announce that our expert of the week is Lisa Vorce, Creative Director of Oh, How Charming! Submit your questions for her below in the comments section of this post.

Lisa Vorce has emerged as one of the industry's most sought after event producers and has gained the reputation of being totally devoted to her clients (she does just 10 events a year). Lisa has produced weddings and events in Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, and now Indonesia, using her talent and the skills of local artisans and vendors to make each event perfect for the couple. And I can tell you that she's warm, endlessly creative, and detail-oriented. It's no wonder her clients range from politicians to NBA superstars (and, of course, some super stellar brides).

Her largest wedding? So far, 650 guests. Although as far as largest production, Lisa has had to charter a 757 plane to get guests to the big day, and also worked on a massive production in France that involved the Coast Guard helping to deliver the welcome gifts.

So if you've got a question about what you need to do before meeting your planner, easy ways to customize your upcoming wedding, or just want to know what trends Lisa's been seeing lately, post your comments below and we'll have her answer your questions on Friday!

  • My cousin and his wife are divorced. The ex-wife is still well liked and respected by the family; do I invite them both or do I only invite the ex-wife if my cousin declines?

    HELP!

  • I entered a website sweepstakes and won a destination wedding in at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico! Now I need advice on which city to pick since I haven't been to any of these places. Which is best, Nuevo Vallarta, Cancun, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, or Rivera Maya? They all seem really nice. I'd like to get married on the beach. Thank you!
