Last week was a busy one with bridal market and tabletop market going on at the same time, but in the middle of it all we had the pleasure of creating up some fabulous tables in the lobby of 41 Madison. As we mentioned last week, there was a table from Martha Stewart Living, Martha Stewart's Everyday Food, and of course Martha Stewart Weddings.
Starting today we're bringing you ideas from each of these tables so make sure you check back over the next couple of days to see what ideas our experts created with each of these beautiful tablescapes.
First up, a table perfect for a wedding reception. We were inspired by our spring issue, which was all about pink! We started with a color palette of pink and gold -- which I love -- and infused it in everything from the cake to the linens and the place settings.

A great idea if you're using rental chairs is to dress them up like we did with the calligraphed wedding chair tags that say "bride" and "groom" and with pink cushions (again to bring in the pink and gold color palette).
I also love mixing textures and patterns like we did with each place setting. We mixed white china and the French Knot China in Gold from the Martha Stewart Collection with Wedgwood. I also love the mix of metallics with the use of Vera Wang's Lace flatware in silver. As an extra touch we added a crown icon to the menu card and place card, which I think just adds a little something special.
For the centerpieces we used plastic fruit painted in different shades of gold, they're inexpensive and easy to create, plus they look beautiful. See how we created these centerpieces.

4 One of the place settings featuring china from Royal Crown Derby and Martha Stewart Collection with Wedgwood. The flatware is from the Vera Wang Collection by Wedgwood.
For more information see our list of products that we used to create this beautiful table. And don't forget to check back tomorrow, we'll be showing you some of our shower ideas.

Good choice for combining pink and gold for the dresses and table arrangement.
