Posted by Eunice Moyle, whose wedding is featured in our Spring 2010 issue!
Our save the dates were limited edition prints, inspired by British paper artist Rob Ryan and Victorian silhouettes from fairytale books I had as a child. I drew silhouettes of Daniel and I in a wildflower field, with the ocean and a tall ship in the background (fitting in light of Puzzle Pirates, a game produced by Daniel's online game company, and our overseas guests arriving from England and beyond). I also included a stage-like frame, curtains, and fairy lights as a hint of things to come. And down below, our dogs Simon and Indiana make an appearance. Max Koch, one of Hello!Lucky's printers, letterpress printed the save the date on our vintage cylinder letterpress.
Our wedding invitations were a variation on the Woodland Damask wedding invitation designed in collaboration with textile designer Joel Dewberry. It featured a patterned envelope liner, details booklet, and gold calligraphy by Michele Papineau. The goal was to create an invitation suite that wed a Victorian aesthetic with a fairytale feel. We letterpress printed the invitation in our shop and had the booklets, programs, individual signs, various labels, and envelope liners digitally printed.

I love the font that "Eunice and Daniel" are set in. Does anyone know the name of it?
