When Tony Bennett left his heart in San Francisco all those years ago, I balked (this was a few years later, of course). Surely, a native New Yorker, like myself, would never go so far as to extol the virtues of any other city, and a West coast one at that. But years later, I found that it is possible to fall in love with a city that's not your own. I, too, left my heart—or at least a piece of it—in San Francisco. And I can't even begin to tell you how much I love Chicago.
Have you fallen so in love with a place that you plan on visiting it again for your honeymoon, or throwing a destination wedding there to show your family just how deep that love runs? Where is it and how did your love story start? I'm currently having a love affair with the U.S. (I hope to get to Portland, Miami, and Seattle before the year's end), but don't limit yourself to a domestic destination for my sake. Aspen, Disney World, Sorrento, Istanbul—everywhere is game!
