Another day, another jewelry show. This time it was the Couture Jewelry Show, and the accessories were breathtaking.
At Mikimoto, we saw black, white, and pink pearls and learned that the golden pearl is the rarest.

Penny Preville has an extensive men's band collection in addition to the always fabulous fashion jewelry and engagement rings. Check out a pretty selection of their creations below.
Roberto Coin showed us great gifts for brides and bridesmaids. They have an Art Nouveau collection with nature-inspired rings and bracelets, but their Cento collection contains a lot of great bridal pieces as well.
David Yurman has a NY flagship salon opening in November of this year! It will have a big bridal focus, featuring its engagement ring and band collection. We loved the giftable necklaces with initials, perfect for bridesmaid gifts!
Judith Ripka has a silver collection that's also beautiful for bridesmaids gifts and could even be worn by a bride. Mother of pearl, turquoise, and tanzanite were also big throughout her collections.
Now when you purchase a Damiani engagement ring, you get an engraved certification on the inside of the ring. You will never be in doubt that you are wearing the real deal! Besides perfect engagement ring choices, they showed a lot of bridal-friendly jewelry. Pearl selections are below, as well as some ruby pieces. They also had some fun, colorful limited edition cocktail rings.
Royal Asscher is of course known for its diamonds, but they have amazing sapphires as well (and not just for your something blue). They have a new unheated sapphire collection; the loose stones are shown below.
And last but not least: Filled with dozens of tiny pave diamonds, Scott Kay's crown setting actually makes your diamond look bigger!
