Jenn and Martyn were married on November 8th in Washington D.C. They wanted to have a truly urban wedding and decided on All Souls Unitarian Church and the Harman Center for the Arts as their locations. Given that both places were on the same Metro line, the couple decided to give their guests Metro passes and “commute” from their ceremony to their reception.
The idea of having group photos taken during the ride turned out to be a good one, as you can see in this charming shot by the couple’s photographer, Kate Headley. Added bonus: It's an environmentally friendly way to get your guests to the party!

As a faithful Metro rider, I LOVE this! I'm thinking about taking a few of our engagement photos on the Metro.
