Now that we know what our Today show bride will be walking down the aisle in, it’s time to dress her groom and their attendants. The couples modeling the outfits are Jessica and Cody’s real-life friends (who were flown in as a surprise!). Which look do you like best for them?
Cody’s brother Robbi and Jessica’s sister, Buffi, are both wearing classic, casual looks by J. Crew; he’s in a navy blazer and chinos, and she’s in a silk faille dress. (I told you their stuff is great!)
Cody checks out Paul, who’s wearing a Corneliani dinner jacket with morning trousers, and Bryony, in a flowing Badgley Mischka Maids gown; look how pretty the brooch is!
Ryan, Cody’s other brother, wears a two-button Michael Kors suit; Stephanie, a silk shantung Watters & Watters dress. The shape of this dress is almost universally flattering, and I love the way the color contrasts with her bouquet.
For a traditional formal look (although this wedding is anything but traditional!), we put Scott in a Black Fleece by Brooks Brothers tuxedo, and Ashley in a peony-pink floor-length Amsale gown.
The band played a few numbers for the Today show audience.
I couldn’t resist a trip around the dance floor with Pierre!
Don’t forget to vote this week, or to tune in next week to see the four potential cakes, plus some great cocktail ideas.
p.s. Several people have left comments asking when the next issue of Weddings is out: Look for it on stands October 1!

I loved the Kor suit the best! Sure wish you would have had the pink long gown in Silver to go along with it. Tiffani's in a daytime formal wedding would have looked super elegant in silver.
That's what I would have chosen if availiable. But, I voted for the pink gown and black suit.

The best part was all of their friends and siblings crying with them! (and your blouse... what a fun top!)

This is not a bridesmaid comment, but I really like the blouse/sweater you're wearing, Darcy! (Skirt, too) Care to divulge "who you're wearing?" Thanks .....

I have a question but I'm sure where to post it so hopefully you'll see it here. I saw rubber stamped coctail napkins on the Martha Stewart Weddings website. I'm planning to do this for my upcoming wedding. Is there a certain type of ink that needs to be used? I don't want the ink to run when the napkins get wet and transfer to my guests. Thanks!!!

Funny you ask. I found this skirt in the Lela Rose showroom while I was picking out a wedding dress for Jessica, our Today show bride. I found it so cute that I decided to borrow it and wear it to the segment. Thanks for noticing!

I forgot to mention: The blouse and sweater were my own!
